St. Joseph’s HealthCare, HamiltonApril 1, 2010 Through the direction of myself and in collaboration with OnSite Health, Gina Bello has provided weekly onsite relaxing chair massage sessions for various nursing and unit staff at three locations of St. Joe’s Healthcare Hamilton since summer 2009 through February 2010. Gina’s execution of the chair massage and extension of OnSite Health’s customer care and attention to detail was greatly appreciated by all staff that participated in the employee wellness initiative at St. Joe’s. Feedback received from the participating Unit Managers and their staff has been very positive. Emphasis has been on the appreciation for and ongoing need for regular preventative health and wellness programs such as the onsite chair massage service at our hospital facilities. Gina Bello is highly recommended for her professional service delivery, customer care and attention to detail in executing service and for being a liaison with St. Joe’s, with Nancy Patel of OnSite Health and working front-line with staff in our well-received wellness initiative. |
